What we make
Pure, raw 100% Australian honey.
Our hives are located in the coastal eucalypt forests of the Wallarah Peninsula and the eucalypt forests of the Watagan Mountains. We are committed to ensuring our bees have the best possible environment to produce the best quality 100% pure raw Australian honey.
How we make it
We do not feed our bees any syrups or supply them any antibiotics or supplements ensuring our honey is 100% pure raw Australian honey. The colour, texture and taste of our honey will vary depending on the season and what is flowering.
We inspect our hives regularly to ensure they are free of any disease or pests and our bees are as healthy as possible. We do not use any harmful heating when processing our honey.
We only strain our honey to remove any larger particles , leaving smaller particles of pollen so important for allergy sufferers , therefore ensuring all the qualities of pure raw honey remain.
